Who We Are

Tom Carlucci
Managing Partner

Tom Carlucci is a highly experienced business development professional with more than 35 years of expertise in sales, strategic accounts, and acquisitions. He kickstarted his career at Wallace Computer Services before establishing Integra Print and Data Services, Inc. in 2004. With almost 20years of industry experience, Integra has become a trailblazer in digital transformation, supporting top Fortune 500 companies in enhancing their customer communications strategies and operational programs. This has resulted in cost savings and improved operational efficiencies for these companies.

Tom's illustrious career highlights include aiding large financial services companies in implementing crucial acquisition, prospecting, cross-sell, and customer support programs. He has successfully introduced proprietary products to the market, which continue to generate substantial benefits for his customers. Tom's most recent role involved advising and consulting companies on insurance-related products, cloud services, logistics, print management, billing solutions, and digital transformation. His expertise and experience have been pivotal in helping organizations achieve their business goals.

Apart from his professional pursuits, Tom is a devoted family man and resides in Lake Forest, IL, with his wife, Kim, and their three sons, Nick, Luke, and Joey. He is also a baseball coach at Libertyville High School, where he mentors the next generation of leaders and instills in them valuable life lessons.

Tom Harter
Managing Partner

Tom Harter has over 31 years of distinguished leadership experience in sales, strategic accounts, and corporate operations, with a focus on providing business process outsourcing and revenue generation services to Fortune 1000 companies. He served as President of Optus Inc, an IT cloud-based advisory business, and previously held the role of Chief Operations Officer and Executive Vice President of Global Sales at OSG Billing Services (OSG).

With a global perspective gained from extensive experience across the Americas and Europe, Harter has a proven track record of building revenue and overcoming unique business challenges for clients. At OSG, a leading provider of outsourced billing services and customer communication management, Harter successfully led the global business and financial services team, as well as managed several affiliate businesses within OSG that offered integrated omni-channel print and electronic solutions for customers across diverse industries. Prior to that, Harter served as CEO and Chairman of the Board for Microdynamics Group, a provider of integrated, multichannel transactional print and electronic solutions.

Most recently, Harter served as the head of an IT cloud advisory business called Optus, where he was responsible for overall business performance and growth initiatives. He currently resides in Lakewood Ranch, FL, with his wife Kerri.
